TTSL provides coaching services, training plans, and guidance to assist individuals in achieving their fitness and performance goals. Our services are designed to support, motivate, and educate clients while ensuring a safe and effective training environment.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• Be in good health or have received clearance from a medical professional before starting any fitness program.

• Accurately complete any required health and fitness assessment forms before beginning training.

TTSL offers various coaching programs, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching

• Group coaching

• Training plans

• Online coaching

• Performance assessments

All services are subject to availability, and TTSL reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue programs as necessary.

TTSL requires a 6 month minimum commitment to all services.

4.1 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any coaching program unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card.

4.2 Cancellations

• Clients may cancel their coaching services by providing 3 months written notice.

4.3 Refunds

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.

By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to:

• Follow the training plans and recommendations provided.

• Inform your coach of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may affect training.

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and provide appropriate notice for any changes.

• Respect the TTSL community and other participants.

• Participation in any coaching program involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming responsibility for these risks.

• TTSL is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse effects resulting from participation in coaching programs.

• TTSL strongly recommends seeking medical advice before beginning any training program.

• TTSL and its coaches will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in our services.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any information shared with TTSL will be used solely for coaching purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

All training materials, plans, and resources provided by TTSL are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.

TTSL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

In support of TriMob, I am once again running the Sydney Marathon.

To help raise funds, for a limited time I will be donating 100% of the cost of individual swim, bike or run assessments to TriMob through my Sydney Marathon donation portal here.

Swim, bike and run assessments are 1-to-1 coaching sessions designed to improve your technique and achieve better results in the relevant discipline. Each assessment includes a pre-assessment discussion, a biomechanical analysis and a follow-up meeting to discuss observations, data analysis, implications and recommendations.

Assessments must be booked and paid for by 19 August 2026 but may be scheduled up to the end of September 2026. Each assessment is $250.

Each assessment booking is for one discipline. To be assessed for multiple disciplines, you would need to book as many assessments.
